Rabbit Kid and Heath Ledger to a guy in Germany. He emailed me about my work yesterday saying he came across my website by chance and he loves my work and asked me about the price of 5 of my paintings and chose to get these two for now. It is a happy/sad moment. Of course I am in love with the rabbit kid painting because it is so close to my heart and I JUST drew the Heath Ledger drawing last week. our director is 85, has cancer and is in the hospital for some other sickness. we were supposed to have crits with her last week but she canceled because of cemo. and obviously our crits this week are canceled. their giving us the undergrad painting guy for crits this week and everyones pissed because we requested this one artist and they arent okaying it. everyones pissed. our school is lousy and a waste of money and the school doesnt do anything for us. eileens been yelling for the last hour. allen’s writing a letter to the president because the grad dean is brushing us off. they are taking our money and putting us on the 4th floor in the ghetto and saying see you in 2 years. they might as well go ahead and give me my MFA. So I am trying to ignore all this craziness and work on zachs painting. I have a lot of work to do to put to much of my time on this craziness. i had my new york gallery email me today asking me if I had any new stuff for them to see. so i am going to let the second years be stressed and deal with it and stay focused on my work because really that is the important thing.

my grandma turned 92 today. she lives in ohio, and probably doesnt even remember what day it is.
